Mental Energy is supportive and appropriate for poor memory, concentration, focus, and mental stamina; assists with the effects of aging on mental attributes; may help with anxiety, circulation, depression, hyperactivity, insomnia and irritability. Herb equivalancy of this proprietary blend is 625 mg/ml. A proprietary blend of Ashwaganda, Bacopa, Eleuthero, Gingko, Gotu Kola, Rosemary, Skullcap, and Sage. Suggested usage is 4 ml, 1-4 times daily, depending on desired results. (Start low - build slow.) 30 servings/120 ml. Since sage interferes with iron absorption it is best to take this a a different time than iron supplements. CONTRAINDICATED: if pregnant or lactating.
